We are fortunate to have a long standing presence in the West Glamorgan Cross Country league, which as of 2017 was closed to any new running clubs.

The West Glam XC races start around September and tend to take place at a rate of one per month until the following March.

The routes are varied but very picturesque.  The entry fee for each race is normally a couple of pounds. Don’t expect a medal or t-shirt but you can expect lots of fun and mud.
